Who we Are, What we Do
OUR AIM
DIVERSIFICATION, NEUTRALITY & EXCLUSIVITY
Our Firm is a reflection of the culture that our society represents, that includes the promotion of the individuals to leadership positions regardless of their caste, creed sex, race, religion or orientation.
Maintaining the diversification of our team is a prime tenet of our firm. We actively recruit team members of diversified nature. We ensure all team members receive challenging work assignments and that all the lawyers receive exposure of client- coordination opportunities that is consistent with their demonstrated skill and ability.
OUR USP
BEING CLIENT-CENTRIC AND AIMING TO BRING ALL SOLUTIONS UNDER ONE ROOF.
Our firm is eccentric to our clients’ demands for our stupendous legal service model that value-adds to their market standing. Value means adequate processes for complying and audit-trailing; analytical approaches to reduction of legal risk; enhanced cost definiteness; and OUTCOMES.
With each representation, our team is centricto the desired outcomes. While some firms may only be centric to the following step in the process, our team is inclined to strategizing each stage of litigation on the end result. Focusing on the client’s preferred result is an integrated strategic process for each case that we take on.
OUR COMMITMENT
BEYOND THE BILLABLE HOUR
At Level-Up Law Advocates & Associates, we believe in an entrepreneurial legal services business model, that is unrestrained by the billable hour based business model. We recognize that clients place value on shifting legal fee risk to law firms. Shifting this risk to a firm often aligns the firm’s incentives with the client’s, and reduces client risk. In addition, clients who lack financial resource needed to pursue important litigation are provided the opportunity to pursue it. These arrangements provide predictable cash flow and budgeting to both the firm and client.
Alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) are agreements between the firm and client to provide compensation to the firm through other than hourly billing. These arrangements take the form of fixed fees, value or success based fees or other alternatives to hourly fees, etc. AFA arrangements often span more than one case. We have experience in negotiating AFAs to handle a portfolio of defense cases.
